Remembered Dream - Controlling a Missile from a Jet
As I was going through the files on an old computer of mine (bought in late 1998 or so) looking for the noodle incident instant message conversations I just posted, and I came across a folder called Remembered Dreams. I don't know about all of you, but I rarely ever remember a dream. So after one of the times I did have an interesting dream that I remembered, I apparently typed it up and saved it to a file. Here it is, since it was so interesting:
Remote Control Missile
April 24, 1999
-------------------------
Dream:
Josh, Tim, and I were in a jet that Tim was flying. Josh had built a missile that was remotely controlled by the joystick I was holding. We were flying over the ocean toward China. There we were going to guide the missile to its destination. We looked down out of the left window and could barely see it skimming the water. I pulled back and pushed forward real fast on the joystick to bring it right alongside the jet with expert precision. It was a big deal that I was bringing it just above the cloud level. For some reason or another, we decided not to go to China, but rather to send the missile in a nose-dive into the ocean and then land. Next thing I remember, we were in some garage talking to my dad.
Possible Causes:
Last week, Tim Boettcher took me flying in a small plane. I remember looking out the left window and seeing small boats on the ocean. Also, a couple weeks ago, we were scheduled to launch a missile out of system two. That was cancelled due to a low cloud ceiling. I have no idea how China was involved here except an article I remember reading about a Chinese spy.
